- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) for foreign transfers
- Tax Emigration (Tax Cessation)
- Estate-late beneficiary payments
International transfers requiring SARB reporting or approval.
Established 2017
RandTangle was founded in 2017 in response to growing demand from South African expats needing to transfer pensions and retirement annuities from South Africa to their new countries of residence.

Founded by Ras Theron, a financial services expert with law degrees in two nations, and his close friend – an actuary. We’ve matured into key administrative partners for leading Master Tax Practitioners in South Africa.

While individuals can attempt these processes themselves, managing them from overseas is challenging. We maintain relationships with policyholders and financial professionals, understanding the processes, timelines, and common challenges.

Hugo van Zyl is a leading expert in cross-border taxation, financial emigration, and related tax matters. Internationally known as @wegkaner, he specializes in assisting expats residing outside South Africa or planning to relocate internationally.

Through years of working on specialized cases, Diwan has become an expert problem solver. No case is too complex or unique for him. He leads RandTangle’s high net worth clients department, ensuring no funds remain tangled in bureaucratic processes.
